Professor K. Galkowski received the M.S., Ph.D., and Habilitation degrees in electronics/automatic control from the Technical University of Wroclaw, Wroclaw, Poland in 1972, 1977, and 1994, respectively.
In October 1996, he joined the Technical University of Zielona Góra (now the University of Zielona Góra), Zielona Góra, Poland, where he holds the Professor position. Recently, he has been awarded a Visiting Professor position at the University of Southampton, Southampton, U.K. His research interests include multivariable (nD) systems, repetitive processes—theory and applications, control and relatednumerical and symbolic algebra methods. He is an author/editor of threemonographs/books and over 80 research texts published in the leading journalsand proceedings of international conferences.

This general talk is about Iterative Learning Control from the standpoint of Repetitive Processes with some applications and experimental results. It includes Dynamical ILC, ILC applied to control of PMSM motor, and ILC for systems governed by PDE.
